Not following you here, Matt. If anything, that rules states exactly what we are saying we should have been paid. “The values are multiplied” would in no way indicate that the the payline bet amount (1/3 of your total bet) are what would be multipled. When would a 2x 5x 2x wild payline ever pay the same amount as the second worst symbol (grape) being the middle symbol instead of a 5x. That’s absurd
If wilds on the payline are different then the value (of your denomination) is then multiplied.
If playing at a $2 denomination and you get a x2 x5 x2 then the $2 is multiplied by the values of 2 for the first reel, then 5 for the second reel and then 2 for the 3rd reel.
But it doesn’t state “ (of the denomination) “ are what would be multiplied. I assume the reason it doesn’t state that is because it doesn’t make any sense such a hit would pay such a small amount.
I’m sorry for any confusion. So it states that the values are multiplied; if not by the denomination what do you believe the should be multiplied by?
Even the paytable and those values are all based on the value of the denomination/credit you are spinning at.
Also, if playing at a $1.50 denomination, which is the standard bet amount, you’re actually only betting $0.50 per payline per spin. So the 2x, 5x, 2x (again, all wilds) only pays $10 on a $1.50 spin. One could be forgiven for assuming thats very incorrect.
At minimum, the payout should be whatever the smallest wild multiplier is when you hit three of them on one Payline. But really it should be whatever the highest wild multiplier is on that spin. A wild does mean… wild… and 100% of the time on ANY slot that means it will substitute whatever symbol will form the highest payout on that given payline.
I can understand where you’re coming from but in this game wilds do no replace wilds.
Remember each game has an RTP so if it was to pay out the mixed wilds as you’re stating then they would become a lot less frequent to appear as opposed to now.
The game plays out and pays as the rules state for the combination of different wilds.
I’ve spun it many times, many times, and this is the first time I’ve ever seen three hit on a payline. So one time in many thousands of spins. If what you’re saying is the case - that should be stated in the rules and it’s not.
It’s not clear in the rules and I spent hours chatting with the casino to only be told my spin was a loss. For weeks I was told I lost even tho I showed the screenshots of the exact payout on the spin. The messages saying it was also a loss. And until the forum post I was never told what it would pay if I did spin that. Now I post it an within minutes The casino can see what I spun and exactly what it pays. That’s strange for such professional people.
I’m sorry. To clarify, you’re saying you’ve received three wilds in the past with no payout?
We’re always more then happy to clarify any spin result and the pay out breakdown
No I’m saying I was told when I asked the casino that I did not win. Like they couldn’t see my screenshots of the payout.
I did win 44$. Then I was told that I had won 130 earlier that day. Like that mattered. It only took over two weeks for someone to tell me what paid. Three hour long chats. Five emails that all said the matter was resolved. And now this forum. Need more clarification?
I asked for transcripts. Never got them. I asked for my play log for the above 44$ win. It was off by three hours. Seems like a simple request to me. But it was very hard to get anything. Even an answer. But I was told to clear my cashe. Lol. Thanks I’m incognito in chrome. I know.
I’m sorry to hear about how long it took to receive your answer.
We can take that feedback and forward it along so that our other staff members are up to date with the payout structure which means you could’ve received a timely response on the spin as you did when you asked it here.
I like playing at the casino. It’s been fun. It would be nice to ask a question a d get a straight answer. Instead of being told. I assure you that you lost. Clear your cashe. Like I’m an idiot or making it up. I don’t cheat And most days I’m not an idiot. Lol
The game is being investigated still which requires testing. The investigation should continue through the weekend and we should have a full update on Monday
This is from Bovada. Obviously there could be an issue. A game isn’t pulled to be investigated and tested for several days if there isn’t a potential issue.
The game was removed to investigate the jackpot reel. We should also have more information and ideally the game back online after the weekend.
Thanks for the update guys. That sounds more like it. Three wilds can’t be wrong.
