Wtf is going on with these disconnections on thunder crash? And what about the reimbursements....two weeks ago was the last update....this site has ripped me off and I'm not happyh?

If connection is lost to the Thundercrash server it will follow the auto cash out rule set for the bet that was placed. This can been seen in rule 9 on the FAQ on the left of the game

Sorry Davy. That is 100% inaccurate. I’m sure that’s what the developers intended to happen, but this is not at all the case.
And that being said, you are spreading misinformation.
Honestly, Thundercrash should be decommissioned.

@AMGxea What Davy mentioned is accurate. You’ve set the auto cash feature to a specific value and it didn’t cash out once reached? If so, we’d be more then happy to investigate that in full detail. If you can provide video, screenshot, or just specific date and time with bet amount and we can also review it

I agree that is inaccurate because I have jumped and lost when I should have been good cause it showed me jumping later and too late. Thought is was my phone but now not so much

Same here on thunder crash, i jump, the jump button works because it turns brown, then the plane blows up and i lose the bet. It only happens when i jump right before the plane blows. But it does happen

can someone please look into my account i was playing samurais path and i was in where you get to pick buddhas and i was winning 7.80 with more picks to go and it keeps kicking me out also last saturday i was in the bonus on lawless ladies and i was winning16 dollars and it kicked me out and it never gave me my winnings

Yes been told for weeks now we would be reimbursed.For issues the 1st couple of days …let alone now we have issues over 3 weeks time? Still no reimbursement.Can we post recorded video clips or is that some kind of offense?
