@Joeyjm74, there is currently no update on whether cashback will run, but we’ll be sure to have an update by 5p ET at the latest.

JEEEZZZZZZZZ!!! Just called ignition and no cash back will be issued today. It’s bad that they the give the phone operators information and leave the mods dangling. What’s even worse… the 2 day outage then only to have the cash back screwed up AGAIN! I don’t think there’s been a full week without problems in 2020

Any automated messages have been up since the start of our cashback issues. These messages are usually only taken down once the cashback issues have been resolved.

Cashback may still run today despite what the message says, but is still hasn’t been officially decided either way.

We care about cashback Emelo because its the closest thing to rakeback that Ignition/Bovada has. Getting a % of your deposits refunded when you have a bad run at the poker tables is better than getting nothing at all. Very few USA facing sites have a rakeback structure these days. I would gladly accept your cashback if you dont want it:)

I agree but spending so much to reach Platinum to just get 11% is ok for me imagine those on lower tiers!!! that’s why I got this documented on a post as we go along on enhancing the cashback feature MY CASH BACK POST AND MORE

NOW my last cashback was completely different; they team gave me my total loss but with bonus requirements, that was impressive and should be the way to do it.

Thanks for that update Foster. Is there a time that if it hasn’t been issued when we can expect it won’t be issued for today?

Our team will attempt to provide cashback until 12p ET. However, we’ll try to have an update on whether it will run or not before this for sure. I can’t guarantee when we’ll know for sure but most likely between 5-7p ET.

I have had some big losses over the last 4-5 days and should be receiving cash back for well over $200 but haven’t received anything yet. It would be appreciated to be given some kind of incentive for our patience and loyalty to this casino. I understand unplanned issues happen, but a $20 free bonus doesn’t really suffice when I’ve put in thousands to play with y’all. Anyway, thank you mods for your communication to our concerns today.

You are not required to spend or deposit any set amount to reach a Loyalty Tier. Your level is based on how much you play, whether it’s poker, slots, roulette etc. Also, any type of bonus from the house has playthrough requirements attached to it…so I am not sure what you mean about your last cashback being different.

@Mapex66 EVERYTHING YOU WROTE IS WHAT I MEANT I GUESS YOU DIDN’T COMPREHEND THE DETAILS or you speak another language!!! 1) LOYALTY TIER IS ACHIEVED BY PLAYING AND SPENDING ( you and I know this) 2) ALL BONUS HAVE PLAY THROUGH REQUIREMENTS (you jand I know this) 3) the cashback Im referring is something that was given to me… INSTEAD OF GETTING 11% CASH BACK ON $160 i got the full $160 as a bonus with play through requirements; this was an exeption for me and that should be the way cash back should work; work for your cash back thru playthrouh requirement. I am due cashback on a few sites, last night cafecasino told me they would expedite it and I should have it in 45 minutes, still almost a day late I have nothing ignition told me straight up it might be awhile when I asked yesterday. I reached out to cafecasino after being told 45 minutes yesterday and they told me it could be awhile, I’ve also been in poker tournaments and completely kicked out with no way back and took my losses, it’s a shame, hopefully they can get this fixed sooner than later.

The message now states that cashback will not be issued until “further notice”…We have been told the same “it’s a technical issue” story concerning the cashback payout delays for way too long. (By the way, this rant is NOT directed at the Mods here in the forum. I understand they may not be privileged to detailed information on certain issues.) I feel Ignition should be more transparent when it comes to any issue concerning players money. When people deposit money on a site it has to come with a certain level of trust. To keep hearing the same scripted answer for a continuously growing problem is not a way to keep and grow this trust. At this point it is taking the players for granted. Are depositing players leaving? Are deposits down overall? Did the I.T. dept. quit? Does Ignition even have an I.T. department? Is Ignition having liquidity issues? It’s 2020 and any “technical issue” should have been resolved by any competent I.T. department (or programmers) by now…or someone brought in that could. Ignition should realize that hiding problems or the real facts on issues may result in people coming up with their own imagined theories, and sometimes that may be far worse than the truth…

Just a bad time to have cashback issues…Covid-19 has us stuck at home, all the casinos are closed anyway, more and more states issuing “shelter in place” orders. Thank God the internet hasnt broke, need to make a run to the bank atm so I can deposit and play a bit.

There is still no update on whether cashback will run for sure but there is still a chance that it will be issued later tonight. We can’t guarantee a specific timeframe, but suffice to say it would have to be before 12p ET and our Tech Team will be attempting to issue the reward prior to this.

Is issuing some “free chip” bonus as everyone is waiting for their cashback out of the question ?

I am a diamond level player on here for years and some level of loyalty would keep me interested in this site. Getting fed up.
