Casino unavailable! 5/5/22

We haven’t heard anything on the matter so as of right now there is no compensation for some of the games being unavailable

Well that is seriously disappointing news. It looks like Ignition will no longer be my #1 site to deposit anymore. It should be a no brainer with the amount of competition that is out there, you should be doing anything possible to keep us happy, especially when your games break down!

If you care to keep me as a customer, I highly recommend you reach out to me with some kind of retention offer. However, if I do not matter to you, which I very much feel like I do not, then I will leave Ignition and find a new home to piss away my money.

This is not some idle statement, or a ploy to get ‘free’ money, or a cry for attention. I am really asking you “Do you want me as a customer?”, if you do, “Prove it”. I am making my final decision in the immediate future, do you want to add anything for me to consider?

I agree. It’s just not good business for them to NOT give comps when errors are made on their side of the street. Yes people will still bitch because it’s never enough for some folks. For me it’s not so much the amount as it is the gesture they make to me as a paying customer.

Compensation should have been credited by now. i wasnt even able to log into this forum toq make a commet. I made a deposit then couldn’t play. Hours later when was able to log in, many of my favor games still wouldn’t load. So how do you decide who gets compensation??? and why haven’t we been credited yet??

We apologize for the inconvenience and yes, while some games were unavailable we did also have many others that were fine

So no compensation for all the hours down??

It doesn’t appear that compensation is being added but again, the whole site wasn’t down but just a few of the games

I spoke with chat last night and they were able to issue me a bonus. Check it out!

Wow, your going with nothing. I wish the rest of life worked like that.

To quote a great comedian Lewis Black

“Al Roker was the weather man in New York City, and three years ago we had a blizzard. We were supposed to have, according to Al, 4 to 12 inches of snow. That’s his prediction. We had 36 inches. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, he was two feet off. THAT’S NOT EVEN IN THE BALLPARK! If you were a roofer and you built a roof and it was two feet off, you’d still be serving time.”

Casinos don’t get to be snowflakes.

100% agree. The gesture I am feeling from Ignition is a big fat middle finger, not thrown right out in my face. No, it’s being used to scratch the bridge of their nose. Not to subtle either.
