I made a Btc deposit awhile ago that’s been confirmed on the blockchain but has never credited to my account…

My deposit has been cleard by the bank and no signs on ignition yet. Thanks for your efforts in resolving this

It’s been hours now and still no sign of my deposit being issued to my account. This is becoming concerning

Our Support Team are aware of the long delays with getting these deposits credited. We have no ETA at the moment but will continue to check up on this for everyone.

I made a deposit at 3 in the morning and it’s been 9 hours and it still hasn’t hit my account it’s been confirmed on the blockchain it’s good on cash outside what’s the deal ignition why is it been 9 hours and still no funds
@Dankmurderer I’m sorry for the delay with your deposit. The delay is related to the technical issue we encountered yesterday and is still ongoing.
We are trying to get this resolved.

Meanwhile Btc prices have gone down and we don’t know if we will get current rates or when it was sent hours ago.
The deposits will be credited based on the rate of bitcoin at the time of confirmation. Ex: deposit was confirmed last night but only credited today, it will be credited based on last nights rate.
When it’s resolved though you’ll be able to fun that to my account right I’m not going to just be out $17 because of some technical difficultiesam i? I understand problems that doesn’t upset me I appreciate the response, just not getting that deposit in the future that would upset me if you get what I’m saying
Admin, can you please look into a BTC deposit I made last night at roughly 3am CST. Still not shown in account. Also had a small amount in ignition miles I converted to use in the casino and that amount is now absent from my balance and my reward miles. Just want the service I pay for and generally receive it but from time to time you guys really drop the ball without relative applicable restitution. Time value of money Is real.
