No cash back and cant deposit
Hey! I did a 75 dollar test deposit with my netspend card, it went thru on my end, called the company to verfy. So post my 75 bucks already so I can play some poker. You cant have that large of volume, 2 days is a long time. Was going to do 1k next, glad I did a test run. Disappoint Final Tableist SMPO Aug. 2019 450.00 entry got 8th and this is how u do me. Up your customer service before you don’t have any… I know the site was doone, but could someone process my deposit please.

Hey I made a 100 deposit on Ignition casino and the money came out my bank but not into my Ignition casino account, I sent them my online bank statement it’s a transaction for 112.25 and that transaction isn’t even on my transactions on the Ignition casino, seems like I’m getting the run around when it’s simple, give me my $100, did anyone else have this problem?
@Jmeyers4703 if it went thru you will see it on your account sometimes you need to confirm the transaction with your bank even after the transaction when thru; it has happen to me. So go online to your bank or call them just to make sure it posted if anything @Matt and the @moderators will have other suggestions but in the mean time I will recommend reaching the the help center via the website since the moderators are full at this time. well you did everything you need to they will look into it; if the statement they have logs that show more than you see. I hope it gets resolve before 2pm

@moderators. This has been an issue all day for me. I clicked on the deposit button or the rewards button and nothing happens. You can’t get to the deposit screen…so I can’t deposit.
This has been happening off and on for the last 4-5 days. I’m convinced it’s happening sporadically during game play too because there have been numerous times lately when playing video poker that the cards sent holding when I push them

@Foster. I was able to get in. It was down most of the day. Hasn’t been an issue in the last 24 hours. You couldn’t see your rewards or make a deposit. You would push the button by nothing would happen. Hope this helps.
