I’ve checked the last tournament 53715346 which started at 2022-10-10 20:06:48
The only hand I can see an issue with is the very first one, which shows you were disconnected.
The rest of the game appears to have been played without issue.

This is a list of all the hands, you can see the disconnection on the first hands quite clearly.
I’me seeing no additional disconnections or even timed out hands, the gameplay looks perfectly normal with folds, bets, checks etc.
And you finished 4th in the tournament after an all in in the last hand
Yeah def was many points where I could not make any move, not only one time .
And on my side it’s 9 pm which would be 21:05
This was the last game you played.
So how many times does this issue have to come up in one event for something to be fixed ?

If you cannot play the game because of disconnection issues we will take a look at it, but I am unable to issue a new ticket due to one hand being missed unfortunately. It would need to be around 50% of hands.
So how about next time this happens I just quit the game and post right then .
So I’m not forced to lose a hand and continue playing no matter the situation .

Nobody is disputing there are not issues here, but I have checked your play and all of the hands were played. The only issue I found as I have already explained was the first hand.
Also to clarify here, you are not having the same issue as reported above. What you’re explaining isn’t the same as the issue reported by other players as there’s is not being able to connect. You were connected and clearly in the game having issues according to your example.
Note in the future if you want us to look into something like this we’ll need actual proof or screenshots. Ultimately on our review again we do see you playing hands and making moves in the tournament. Starting off the tournament with one disconnected hand isn’t enough for us to look into refunds.
PLAYERS:
FYI… to find the tournament ID, you need to look at “Hand History” and sort it to the day and game type. The results returned are in chronological order, so scrolling to “the end” will give the most recent hands/game played.
Transactions only shows that you played that type of game.
Unfortunately, Ignition typically just sees us as connected fine, but doesnt see what we are dealing with in real time.
Yall are wasting your time. Until they ditch the current publisher and get a new one thatll start with fresh code, the game is gonna be borked, and no one will understand how frustrating and crippling it is, because theyll always see you were able to play a few hands. Absolutely no care about the fact that the 2 or 3 hands you missed would have completely shifted the momentum away from you.

That is my biggest point .
If the hand I was forced to have was AK and then AAK comes on the board , but in forced to fold my hand . And two other ppl go all in and I would have won…well not only did I lose chips but that gets me so irritated in the next hand and worried it will happen again and I’ll continue to get folded . So what do you do? Play with shitty software and blind out or shove all in and hope you win ?
