Seems to be an ONGOING issue with the “Coins” series of games. Coins of Zeus was the same way.
Hit and miss on whether you can even get the game tp load. Certainly can’t play the free spins.

This is wild. They issue us a bonus that doesn’t work and it takes days on end for a resolution. Just throw us reward points and call it a wash.

I am very sorry that it takes long, regarding compensation, you should contact support as we do not issue compensation.
this is dragging on. i’d issue new free spins on a working game and put an end to the issue asap. i know ignition’s reliable. the customer support is amazing and i’ve never had an issue that wasn’t resolved immediately in years, just saying, if this was my experience early on i’d lose confidence and find somewhere to play. at least communicate via messages about it, save face!

Upon checking on the escalation there is still no update regarding the game is f the week issue, very sorry guys.
i doubt they’re working to find the issue, likely just waiting for our bonus to expire in a couple days-- the bet amount is not properly set in the game when loading the spins. It sets to $1 instead of the .25 as described. Someone in another thread already mentioned this and probably would be resolved if any staff actually read the post.

The team is working on it. However, as you mentioned, I’m not sure if they will extend the expiration date or issue a bonus instead. Since we don’t have confirmation yet, all I can say for now is that we’ll keep you posted here in this thread as soon as we get an update.
All of the " Coins of" games are messed up and have been. Ignition should contact the vendor and get this straightened out.
