Twice in the past 24 hours, the poker client on my computer has dropped, while the internet on the rest of my computer has worked fine. I had to restart the poker client twice to get it to work.
This just took place again. It is frustrating when in large hands, disconnected for about 20 seconds, all other network working for net on PC…and come back “Connected” to only have been folded. This just took place and I was watching a movie as well and quickly looked and my network was fine…Ignition however DC me from a hand in the middle of a raised PLO coming back to a smaller stack and when the person I assume re-raised it folded me. This is unacceptable if you cannot protect players from your own network failure. Why is there no DC and extra time? Or simply somehow on your end to protect this as players are losing money and Ignition is not losing.
