Poker will not load on computer. Help please

I have cleared cache and restarted the computer. The poker client begins to load but then gets stuck on a black screen.

@playafade this is through the browser or downloaded content?

If through the download, can you please uninstall and re-install. We have some great steps on the process here

it is through the browser. When I click on ‘play now’ it starts to load and then hits a black screen.

Hi. That happened to me too and finally got in with only 300 chips to play with. That really messed me up

The blank page would have affected opening up the lobby on the browser. If already in the lobby or playing you should’ve been okay. I will have a look and send you a PM

Yea i have tried multiple times on my phone and my computer to no avail but a black screen until I pressed poker tournament on the homepage
