All those games you mentioned hitting the jackpot on are all RTG progressive jackpots and I think are shared with numerous online casinos.

about 2 years ago hit progressive jackpot on Cleopatra’s Gold. was playing $1 spins and it was like the 15th spin. Can’t really remember but I remember it was quick. was for $4k plus.

No, it’s incorrect information. Progressives can be won with any bet amount.
I have never seen a golden 7 either.
