They do post on twitter occasionally… also I won about 3.5k smaller progressive slow jackpot once… BUT I agree with your post, especially for the big ones like the 100-200k jackpots, I wonder sometimes if it’s insider accounts winning or maybe no one at all… I think there’s a gaming commission that moderates Ignition but I’m not entirely sure…
