Everything is going down hill. Ever since they took away the little gifts we used to receive and sent an email out saying we’re working on improving your rewards experience. Lol. What a joke! Literally non stop steps to make it worse. On top of making it harder to gain miles I just noticed they raised the point value on ticket redemptions. Wtf. So my question to the @moderators is what exactly has been done to improve our experience or make things better for the players? Non one thing! But many many steps to make the rewards program worse. Y’all are slowly making it harder to be loyal to this site.

yea i remember that message they sent saying something about rewars improving and nothing ever happened or improved. its actually gotten far worse
Nice to know I’m not the only one. It doesn’t even make sense that I could lose as much money as I have without ever hitting a single big jackpot or anything over like a thousand. I’ve lost like 20k in the past few months, but I guess I’m the idiot that keeps depositing and hoping my bad streak will end. It also seems like every time I make a small withdrawal, its guaranteed that i will go on a horrible losing streak for a while after that. Not fun or entertaining in any way.
Man, I sure hate to see so many folks so upset. I lose a lot, and I mean plenty, but I mean, its a CASINO, folks! Also, why type up a 5k word essay about how much this site sucks for taking your money? I just dont get that. And to be sh-tty to the moderators?!? Thats crazy. Me and my gf have both been on here for about a year, and these @moderators have gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me when Ive had any issue. Its bewildering to me when I see people say “tHiS sItE iS AwFuL!! iT’s sOoOo RiGgEd!!!” because fellas… no sh*t its rigged. It’s a casino for f sake. If you want even odds, go hit the rock paper scissors tourney at your local malls foodcourt. The losing is easier to swallow with a few free Cinnabon samples.
Jiminy Christmas fellas. Mix in some dignity from time to time and save the whining for your next traffic stop.
Pretty sure I’ve never been rude to the moderators. They have been more than helpful with any situation I’ve had. Especially compared to chat support. And I have no problem acknowledging that or giving credit where credit is due. I’m simply stating that the odds have for sure changed. The slots have certainly tightened up. My beef is with the casino and the site. Not the moderators. Clearly I’m aware of that fact that it’s a casino. Thank you for clearing up any confusion I may have had that with that 
. I’m familiar with losing. I’ve lost thousands every week here for couple years. And thousand more at other casinos. Online and in person. But not until a couple months ago have I felt that something is different. It can’t be a coincidence that there is hundreds of other posts with people experience the same thing. Yes I’m the moron for continuing to play. That’s the degenerate in me. As far as “whining”. I’m Pretty sure a forum is meant to ask questions and voice opinions. Commenting or “whining”about the casino is no different than you whining or complaining about people’s posts within the forum.

Youve only been here a year so you have no say in anything but your logic is why the casino is still running and getting away with what they are pulling on everyone. Us who have been here for years and have millions on tier points know how this casino changed for the worse

Exactly. I was thinking the same thing but you took the words right out of my mouth!! I’ve been playing here for 3 years and can see the difference in perks and lack of payouts. And the forum is for everyone to voice their opinion and share their thoughts positive or negative. So…

It has definitely changed here lately,I don’t mind losing as long as it’s a straight game and lately it hasn’t felt like a straight game,when you play on here as much as I and a lot of other people do you can definitely tell when something is not right,and something is definitely not right lately now with basically pulling our weekly bonus out from under us I believe that I am going to just find another site to play on,I may still lose my money but at least I won’t feel ripped off,it’s really such a shame, I was a loyal player and never thought I would leave ignition,Hate to see a good thing ruined like this
