I made a deposit using Bitcoin Cash 11 hours ago and still not showing up. The transaction was completed and had 6 confirmations. I have been on chat with ignition 4. times today and still am getting no resolution. I’m told the deposit is there with correct amount of confirmations but it just hasn’t finished all the way yet. WHAT?? Ignition has my money according to blockchain but refuses to credit my account. PLEASE HELP!!!

@Davy I need help with this… I made a deposit at 11:35am EST yesterday and it has never been added to my account… last night when I last looked it had 68 confirmations… my money is still missing

I’m aware that players are frustrated.
The funds are safe, nothing will be lost.
As to what is causing the delay I do not know, what I do now is we have people working on it right now, that’s as much information as I have at this time. If I get any updates I will share them.

As Davy just mentioned directly above, these issues are not fully resolved yet unfortunately.
@Foster … I am clear on that… how are they “fixing” these issues… I have only seen one person that said they had their issue resolved… are they “fixing” the issues in order the transactions were made??
I am not sure of the exact technical details. They are looking into tracking them and will provide then to accounts when it is resolved.

How many people has this happened to? Happened to me yesterday afternoon. Still waiting for my money.
Has there been a crypto deposit issue recently? I deposited via Tether yesterday at 7:51pm and it’s still not showing up.
