I played thunder crash for the past 3 days and haven’t received a single mile. Reached out to customer service help chat and all I got was “this has been sent to escalations they will reach you in 24-48 hrs, nothing yet after a day. Super frustrated because the mileage accumulation should be quite large and I kept looking and it stayed at the same number every time I got done with a session. What is going on I feel like I’m not receiving any feedback and the Chat person didn’t give a damn.
@Ridingjets Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As its a new game, we’ve reached out to our Marketing Team regarding the mile point accumulation. Once we hear back we’ll reply to the thread.
