I started a withdraw but then canceled it. Now when I use my blockchain address I get “You have already used this address. Please enter a new one to continue.” How do I get a new address? Blockchain thinks it is still good since it wasn’t used by them at all?

@teleken Although it was used to send funds, a new address will need to be generated.
You’d have to create an additional sub wallet in Blockchain.
Your sub-wallets are listed here under Settings > Wallets & Addresses. By default, you have only one, called My Bitcoin Wallet. You can manage each sub-wallet by clicking Manage to the right of its name. Within the Manage section, to the right of the name, is a button called More Options. Pressing it will open a dropdown of additional functions.
Once the sub wallet is created, when you click on generate new address; a new address will be provided.
Additionally, you can use the address you keep getting now to complete a small transfer between your wallet and exchange and then request a new address afterwards.
