This is usually due to already using or attempting to use a previous address. depending on the specific wallet you use you can usually simply request another address from the wallet itself.
If using another wallet the steps might be slightly different but you should have a section that will allow you to create a new one.
It seems the most common, favored response by the Ignition Casino staff, on this thread, to explain sudden increases in withdrawal review periods is the “volume” of requests received. Then, if I may ask, what is meant by “volume”? Is it the total number of requests submitted? Or is it the total “dollar” value of the requests that is “volume”?
For example, which of the following would be more likely to extend the withdraw review period for all Ignition players:
- That 100 players have simultaneously submitted withdraw requests at the maximum allowable amount?
Or
- That 500 players simultaneously submitted withdraw requests for the minimum allowable amount?
Looking at the website traffic data on similar web.com, it appears that monthly visits to ignitioncasino.eu have declined by approximately 20% over the last three months. Thus, there is a necessarily lower volume of players, which decreases the chance that more players are submitting withdraw requests.
Ostensibly, it’s plausible that Ignition’s rake (e.g., net revenue from wages/bets) is declining in proportion to the decline in players visiting the site. Thus, there are less funds on hand to settle payouts. Hence, the ‘withdraw request review period’ is extended to offset the lower cash flow. Curious to see if Ignition would substantiate their position with data… would be an admirable move if so.
Gambling is now much easier in the US. Players have way more options now. Ignition and Bovada aren’t spending millions to buy business like Legal Books. Traffic will continue to wane on both sites if they don’t step up to the plate and compete. Bonuses must be more attractive. 35 times rollover is not going to cut it against US Legal books that are basically giving money away.

Cheech!!! Nice to have some support, totally concur! Ironically, it’s frustrating because I like playing on here, but issues such as these and an increasing number of viable alternatives are making me reconsider.
Hi @Zlaylowz, welcome to the forum! For the most part payouts through cryptocurrencies are processed within an hour, however, there are times were certain requests require a review on our side, which is the main reason why you might experience delays.
So to answer your question, the withdrawal times can be affected by volume, but it is not related to the dollar amount of the requests.
