Your customer support really acts like they want to get rid of customers. agent wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor but was sure ready to delete my account forever. Deposit thousands monthly, multiple deposits a day everyday . CS agent really has no problem losing a 6 year loyal customer but wont let me speak to a supervisor. Ridiculous. Never depositing here again unless this is sorted out and resolved
An agent will decline a transfer to a supervisor if the issue is something they can handle, which is 99% or the time.
They will not for example transfer for a bonus request after they have already declined a player.
With regard to closing the account, if a player requests this, then the agent will close the account as requested.
I can understand davy you are simply stating policy and procedure but can you try to see it from the customer point of view? Imo that is bizarre behavior. The casino will not give clear guidelines on perks so bascally its well if the promotions team wants you to have it you get it and if you dont then bad luck for the customer. So imo the casino has created the monster that is the customer asking for comps, bonus, or whatever. Then the customer goes to retrieve something they are supposed to receive and SURPRISE the team decided you are no longer worthy

Yeah. Noon today will be 48 hours. My concern is that i never received an email that i needed to verify again. I had a few strange things happen and contacted cs, after a few days of telling them what was going on i finally got one that was willing to take a deeper look and found out this needed to be done again. Its those little things that make me take pause
They do sometimes, I think they have a stage where they request from lots of players at the same time, just to make sure everything is in order.
how is it not the same situation?? all i simply have been asking for is a little extended play which i used to receive all the time with no problems when i was down thousands for the month and made a few losing deposits that day. that is until five days ago im pushing 20 deposits now since then totaling almost $1000 and they barely give me any play time before there lost . a simple bonus chip to get some more play time doesn’t seem like too much to ask for considering i deposit and lose thousands here every month. i told your agent either get me a supervisor to give me something or go ahead and delete my account so i can stop wasting time and money being loyal to casino that doesn’t appreciate me at all. would rather get rid of me then award even a $10 free play chip. the agent wouldn’t get me in contact with a supervisor but was very willing to delete my account and all the costly progress I’ve made to reach diamond tier with almost double required miles now. treated like a piece of dog crap on the sidewalk. the last time i even cleared the rollover from a $20 bonus i had $600 available to withdrawal and didnt take out a single penny . used the funds for more play time the next few days like their intended to be used for , and i didnt mind at all because i could regularly get bonuses for extended play. Now its just deposit lose deposit lose with barely any playtime and you guys dont even care enough to show some appreciation for my loyalty by giving me some more play time.
They stopped the free play for a bit, it’s not a big deal man. Just budget your play and don’t rely on random gifts.
that is a huge deal. rewards miles earned have been cut almost in half. Now no free play chips to get extended playtime when you deposit multiple times a day ! almost every other casino ive played at contacts you to give you some bonuses and gifts to make the losses sting a little less.

We understand your frustration here, but an agent can only provide a bonus is there is something available. They will have checked your account and there was nothing.
And as I already said it is not common practice to transfer to a supervisor unless they cannot handle the situation. Simply to demand to speak to a supervisor because you have been declined a bonus is not cause for a transfer, and supervisors follow the same process to check for eligibility as agents do.
Also, as I have already stated if a player requests to close the account this is something the agent will do.
I think the 1-2 punch of both the points change AND the little cashbacks with the ‘Don’t sweat the small stuff’ emails have soured a lot of players, myself included. I was very short of making a Rewards level on my 2021 birthday that gave a bonus and rightfully didn’t get it, moved over that threshold soon after and had about 50 weeks knowing I was getting a bonus that, given out during the DDOS attacks, was about 40% of the lowest bonus that I saw anyone at the same level claim to get here, on 2+2 or Reddit. Was a little disheartening.
Any time I have to deal with support now, it’s like talking to a wall. My last request was to report someone again max timing every action in a Turbo HUSNG and we went back and forth from ‘they weren’t disconnected’ to ‘stalling isn’t illegal’ to me highlighting the T&C portion on stalling only to be met again with ‘they never disconnected’ over a half hour all over a $5 sit and go. It’s like 2022 is this bizarro year where they have gone above and beyond to light any goodwill between them and their players on fire.
That said, min depositing with the crypto exclusive is still the best value anywhere and when they eventually change that program, I’m gone.
I wanted to speak to a supervisor to get a straight answer about whether or not I’m just personally blacklisted from getting bonuses ever again. You are not restricted in anyway from receiving bonuses.
There are checks that would need to be carried out on the account before an exception is given, if you are declined a bonus by CS then it is simply because your account is not eligible at that time.
I feel the same way. Why is it some people still receive cashback, random gifts and bonuses? I used to receive all of that and received a email in june saying i wouldn’t receive anything anymore. All i do is deposit and play. Diamond tier player…feels like I’m blacklisted as well and for what reason i don’t know. Seems if you have.a player like me who was depositing a lot…you would offer these incentives to keep me…not take them all away.
I just called to inquire about a NON DEPOSIT BONUS and i was told if your deposit bonuses aren’t used…you’re automatically denied for a free bonus. No matter how much you deposit on here.
