I was just playing the slot Aladdinās wishes. I triggered the bonus and got 25 free spins. During the free spins I got 3 genie lamps again which should have re triggered the bonus but did not. 
. They are telling me I should have got a screen shot which I tried but the free spins automatically re spin and by the time I realized it wasnāt re triggering like it should the game had spun on. The casino is telling me tough luck Iām screwed.

The lamps have to fall three in a row from left to right. Three can drop but if thereās a gap in between the three of them then they wonāt retrigger. Hope that helpsā¦ If yours were three in a row from left to right yes it should have we triggered.
Thatās not true. They donāt have to be in a row. But mine were right in a row. Havenāt heard a word. Been 2 and a half days. Kinda ridiculous

I donāt know Iāve never hit a bonus unless the three lamps are right next to each other. They have to land in the first three columns or last three columns. And Iām referring to the RTG Aladdinās wishes game Thatās what this topic is right?

Yes we are talking about Aladins wishes. The donāt have to be in any order. āScatteredā triggers. I posted the rules above. Do you work for the casino? And yes itās a very costly error. Thatās several thousand dollars at a $20 bet and a good chance it would retrigger again. I think they are just blowing me off. Not responding to my emails and keep blowing me off here.
No I donāt work for casino, but I play that game all the time and itās always been that they have to drop left to right in a row or drop right to left in a row. Iāve had 3 lamps drop all the time but not in a row and it donāt trigger the bonus round. If your under impression that it donāt matter how they drop as long as itās 3 that drop that it triggers the bonus round then thatās the problem cuz they do have to drop a certain way to get the bonus. Iām not trying to take sides on anything but as someone who has played the game since it was released years ago, I do know that 3 can drop but it donāt trigger unless they drop consecutively from left to right or vice versa.
It clearly states in rules u posted that they need to fall left to right or right to left so if they didnāt fall like stated then no retrigger is awarded.

Just chiming in here. I do agree with you that being told 24-48 hrs and hearing nothing is very bad biz! I also understand why you already feel a certain way about getting any type of resolution around here. I think this is the bigger issue!!
With that being said the other commenter is correct about them needing to be in a row. If they didnt need to be in a row with the first 3 or the last 3 they would not add the line in the rules that states āright to leftā the word scattered is trivial to these rules.

Yeah like Iāve said to the other poster they fell in a row. And yes no response (especially when you emphatically guarantee a response to get me off the phone ) is horrible business and down right scamy! The fact is I havenāt had an communication initiated by them and any response Iāve had has only come after me initiating the contact and they have only responded to blow me off like they are doing in this post. What bothers me more is they are getting on this post and saying Iām āwrongā and the issue is āresolvedā and all the other posts to make me look wrong and crazy so when other ppl see it they donāt get scared off and the casino can scam them too 
You keep saying in a row but on which reels? Seems like youāre intentionally being cagey on this and probably didnāt understand how the slot works, now you donāt want to back down.
I have a lot of complaints about these casinos but itās not their fault if you donāt read how the game works. If the game specifically tells you the reels must be 1, 2, 3 or 3, 4, 5 to trigger the feature, then scatter just means they can fall anywhere vertically (doesnāt have to be a payline.)
It would be nice if they could look at your feature and give you a better answer though.

Hi there, we have reviewed the gameplay and it appears that sadly spin 3 wasnāt winning as Magic Lamps appeared on the reals 2, 3, 4.
I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt that there are 2 ways to get a free gameā¦you need at least 3 lamps in a row. You can have more than 3 but has to be at least 3. And you can have them in reels 1,2, and 3 or reels 5, 4, and 3. So from left to right or right to left. If you get 3 in the middle or with a gap like reel 1,3, and 5ā¦you arent getting it.
