Allow smaller tables

Why can’t the tables go any smaller? On a 30 inch monitor and you can’t go over 6 tables without overlapping. Might as well put a table cap on tournaments with this crap

@David3, There is a minimum table size we allow to ensure all items on the table are visible to the majority of players, but this is something we can certainly discuss and take a look at.

If anyone else would like to see smaller tables, please provide feedback below.

Allow the cards to be shrunk further than they are now, rather than hiding certain factors when the window is lower than the allowed size.

If it’s an issue of having items visible to the majority of players, they would not be affected since they could continue to play on the same window size currently provided.
Just adds more flexibility and options to your user base, I do not really see a downside for the user if this is implemented.

I thought you could only have up 4 tables?

Hey @River_Phoenix, the limit for STT’s and Cash Games is 4 tables but if you’re running MTT’s you can play up to 15 of them at a time.

Oh wow, I guess that makes sense considering you gotta play a lot more tournaments to cash. Never been a tournament player myself though I would like to learn. A lot more shove/fold at different BBs I’m not too familiar with.

Would be nice if you guys tried to allow smaller tables. We can’t get more than 6 tables without overlapping. Would play 8 tourney tables often if there was no overlapping.

Hi @LennoxWay,

Just to confirm, are you referring to Cash Games or Poker Tournaments please?

All tables in general. We want to be able to re-size the tables so we can fit all 8 tables on the screen without overlapping. Currently we can only fit 6 table, no matter the size of the laptop or monitor. We can’t resize it small enough to fit more than 6 tables without overlapping.

I (personally) find that tourney play improves the less tables I play. Even if I start at the beginning of tournament, I can cash one out of 4 at least (and not min cash) playing two or less tables. Get more opportunity to notice who is overplaying their spot. :star_struck:
