So earlier today i was playing slot game Diamond of the Jungle. Had been playing for over an hr. Started at min $0.10 wager and moved up to the next wager amount after bonus was triggered. I was on $0.50 wagers with $870 in account when my dog knocked over a glass of cola on my ottoman. As it was tipping over i panic reached for it and my phone came out of my hand and landed in the spilled soda. I picked it up. Slung the liquid off of it and tossed it back on the couch and cleaned up the mess. When i sat back down and picked up the phone the “insufficient funds” error box was on the screen. I looked at the balance and my $870 was now $220. Aparantly in the reaction of what just happened i hit the “Max Bet” button and took a $650 dollar spin. I immediately took pictures of the screen, went to transaction history and took screenshots of my play from the last hour. Not a single spin was played in the game over $0.50. Infact ive never placed a slot wager over $50.00 ever, and that was only a couple of times from a couple of years ago when i was up $10k+. Anyway I went to host chat, explained to the host rep what happened, asked them to look at my play history and see that i had made over a thousand spins in a row in the game starting at the $0.10 and working up to the $0.50 wager and then one $650.00 spin. Finally got to speak on the phone with my host, explaind what happened and said i have the screenshots if needed but it wasnt because they can look at the history.
My player level is Diamond VIP, I play about $1k a week and I’ve deposited over $100k since my one and only withdrawal about 3 years ago.
Host told me there was nothing that could be done, condescendingly said it “might” of been an accident but they have no way to know, so they could do nothing. I asked about any bonus cash or whatever he could do and he told me, “my account doesnt qualify for any bonuses at this time”… i asked why there is a max bet button directly next to the spin button anyways, and why would the game allow you to select max spin for $650.00 with no “hey are you sure u wanna do this?” I didnt even get a reply to that part.
I then asked again they could do anything for me in any amount and was simply told no. I asked whats the point of making a big deal about being diamond VIP if it means nothing. Again got No answer. I then stated that my last deposit may very well be my “LAST DEPOSIT” because Ignition gets plenty of my money as it is and i didnt think donating $650.00 for one accidental spin that according to my entire play history here is not something i ment for to happen. I asked if the $650.00 once was worth more to them than the $1k+ weekley and the answer was yes.
My last question to the host was, “If $100k deposited with no withdrawls doesnt qualify for bonus cash or for them to simply undo what happened since play history clearly proves thats not something i have ever done then what the hell does?”
I understand the error was on my end, but several years of play history validates my “was a accident”, not to mention there shouldnt be a max bet button right next to the spin button that allows you to accidently place a $650.00 wager instantly without any confrimation especially when youve been playing $0.50 or lower for thousand+ consecutive plays. Ignition policy is that If the site messes up or a game crashes or your givin additional winnings they will take it back or come after you legally if already withdrawn. Funny how strongly they feel about the casino giving out extra money and that it has to be rectified immediately, but aparantly I’m not allowed to feel the same way.
Curious if anyone else has ever had something similar happen, and wanted to tell my story as a cautionary reminder that this can happen and if it does the casino couldn’t care less about you as a player/member/source of revenue so be careful.
Lastly, everything above is 100% factual and true. If this happened to you would you be OK with the outcome? Probably goes without saying but… I dont think this is right on any level.

Underneath the history was over 1k more showing the $0.50 or less wagers.
