Have you ever had a customer service ticket opened after an issue with a slot not giving you your free spins, erroring out, not paying you your winnings?
If so how long did it take for customer service to fix?
How did they (or did they) notify you when it I was corrected?
I was playing Ladys Magic Charms the 1st day it came out. Won the free spins which retriggered several times and then I got an error code and have not beenable to get the session back.
At the time I still had over 50 free spins and had won over $200 none of which I have access too.
I contacted anagent thru chat immediately and they supposedly were going to escalate it to customer service and although I’ve checked every way I know how (chat, here, email) no one can give me a time frame on when or if this will be corrected.
Of course I’m super frustrated and dont understand why it is taking so long and honestly would think that as a diamond level VIP with over 14,449,691 lifetime miles maybe someone could put a rush on this issue for me.
