Anyone have a customer service ticket before?

Question for others…
Have you ever had a customer service ticket opened after an issue with a slot not giving you your free spins, erroring out, not paying you your winnings?

If so how long did it take for customer service to fix?

How did they (or did they) notify you when it I was corrected?

I was playing Ladys Magic Charms the 1st day it came out. Won the free spins which retriggered several times and then I got an error code and have not beenable to get the session back.
At the time I still had over 50 free spins and had won over $200 none of which I have access too.
I contacted anagent thru chat immediately and they supposedly were going to escalate it to customer service and although I’ve checked every way I know how (chat, here, email) no one can give me a time frame on when or if this will be corrected.

Of course I’m super frustrated and dont understand why it is taking so long and honestly would think that as a diamond level VIP with over 14,449,691 lifetime miles maybe someone could put a rush on this issue for me.

Come one guys its been over 2 weeks and still nothing! I have money that I won $200 + and free spins still playing…when is this going to be taken care of? Someone help me resolve this, please!

RIDICULOUS! after over 2 weeks I finally here from my Hosted rep and am told because it disconnected on THEIR end they are giving me a $50…WTF! I won over $200 and still had 50 plus free spins…waybto make it right Ignition! This is how you treat a Vip player with over 14 million lifetime miles. Wow!

Are you sticking around and pressing the issue any further with ignition or walking away from this casino? Would love some more updates as events unfold if there are any in the next few days .

I replied back saying how unfair this is…so we will see if they do anything. If they do great I will play with caution after, if they don’t I am done, there are too many other options out there with other sites.

I wanted to give props to Ignition.

I finally heard back. Ignition fixed the game to show my credits won and remaining free spins and gave me a decent no deposit bonus to make up for the hassle.
