I’ve used the chats and they are fake, SLOW, and do not read or comprehend… Then they disconnect…
I emailed, but I get canned responses… No one reads them.
I looked for a number to call and it’s not listed… Apparently if you know the number and share it you get in trouble? Wth?

Or call option i meant to talk to a live representative. I don’t believe the chat representatives are fake…i think they are foreign and not from the United States.

Help with a BONUS holding my WINNINGS.
I signed up with Ignition and took the 1000 deposit bonus. I only want to play slots… I hate POKER. It looks like they gave me 1000 bonus for casino and 1000 bonus for poker.
So I played slots, and did well… I played through my buy in MANY times over…In a week I’m almost at titanium level. However my winnings are LOCKED. Support says I HAVE to play POKER and accrue 30000 miles in POKER to ensure my winnings in SLOTS before they expire in one month… (keep in mind I won zero dollars in poker)… Also, there were two bonus playthrough meters, now just the poker is left.
Is there a way to remove the bonus without losing my hard earned winnings from the casino side? (forfeit?)
Can I submit 30000 miles (I have plenty) to satisfy the requirement so I can unlock my funds?
Is there a way to bite the bullet and earn miles in poker quickly? I’ve tried, but I wasted hundreds and only played through 3%.
I’m really needing help and would appreciate it TONS! Hopefully it’s a simple fix like deleting the bonus using the forfeit button? Thank you!
