Birthday bonuses are available for players who are Platinum level or above .However as mentioned it should be issued automatically on the day, kindly wait, as we have no exact timeframe to provide.

I still haven’t received my birthday bonus.
Im on the Gold Level, close to Platinum level and I just read that you need to be Platinum or above to receive a Birthday Bonus… You guys will loose many players by showing NO LOVE to us!!

Upon reviewing your account, you should be eligible to receive the birthday bonus. We’d need to wait until the day the bonus will be added to know how much it will be since these promotions are updated periodically.
I need some help, around 3 years ago my account was disabled by security team saying someone was trying to get into my account when the truth is i used to work graveyard and sometimes would be so tired id fall asleep on the computer and end up falling asleep entering passwords and all, anyways need my id all this crap attempted to get things settled but never did until july 27th day beforemy birthday i decided to fix all the bs and on the 30th they finally re enabled my account.
needless to say they did not issue my a birthday bonus and cs keeps telling me they dont exist. Even told i needed to clear my catche to get my bonuses to show up.
i need help getting my bonus added I told them on the 28th i didnt want ot here about how my account wasn’t enabled and i was not getting the bonus. Im angry i have to even fight for it. I did tell them i would just close the account myself if this happened. So i need it fixed or I need to move on from here. I am a Diamond even though MIA for 3 years

Regarding the birthday bonus, please note that these offers are not automatically available to every player, and eligibility can vary depending on the account status and promotion requirements. It’s possible the agent meant that your account was not eligible for the offer.
That being said, please bear with me while I look into this further and check what information is available regarding your account and the birthday offer. 
thank you I had my account closed against my will and took me 3 years to come back I now I haven’t had activity but I feel some gratitude should be given for the fact that I came back as a high volum customer that was loyal prior to all this. Thank you for your help

Birthday bonuses and promotional offers are automatically determined based on account eligibility at the time the promotion is available. In this case, your birthday was on the 28th, and your account was re-enabled on the 30th. Since the account was disabled at the time, it would not have qualified for or generated the birthday offer.
Promotions also do not accumulate while an account is disabled. In other words, offers that are available during the time the account is disabled are not stored and then applied once the account is reactivated.
