Today is my birthday I’ve yet to get my bonus I went to chat and they were no help
Chat tells me it’s at the casino’s discretion. So even though I’m a diamond level. And I’ve gotten for a few years now. Apparently it’s just whatever they feel like that day. Cool. Either that or chat is incompetent

It was my Birthday yesterday and have not received my bonus.
