I was just told by chat that ignition no longer does birthday bonuses anymore. Is that true? I look forward to it every year so if thatā€™s true, I am highly disappointed. Can a mod respond and let me know if that is true or not?

So last year i received 500. But i read on a recent topic that it was dropped down to 250 brcause of inflation or some bs like that. Well i just received mine and its only for 100. Can you check on that? If thats the case thats definitely not gonna work

Considering all the recent shenanigans by the promo department, i highly doubt that theyā€™re even giving out birthday bonuses anymore.

We do still have a birthday bonus program for players who are platinum and above, as can be seen here

I know that birthday bonuses can be issued up to 24 hours after your birthday, but I was really hoping to play today with the bonus. Having it late is a bummer.

Anyone ever have luck having the customer service dept help expedite this? It wouldnā€™t appear so given the posts Iā€™ve seen on the forum.

The Birthday bonus is issued automatically on oneā€™s account and we are not able to expedite the process but you should be receiving yours by the end of the day. :slight_smile:

If itā€™s not issued by tomorrow, please let us know so that we can take a look.
