Ok so ithe birthday bonus has usually been a xx amount. But i read in previous topics that it dropped to 250. Well i didnt get hslf of that! Is there a resson for this? I know its at descretion of the promotions team but theres no way im happy with what i received
From what I have seen, it has been either $75, $100, $125, or $250. I received $250 back in November. They are going to say that it is at the discretion of marketing and can’t be changed. Believe me at least 15 people here have tried

I got 100 the first year and 250 the last year. The 100 i built up to 1700 and cashed out. The 250 was gone in 10 minutes

@moderators a response would be nice. I already know your going to say that" its at the discretion of the rewards team and theres nothing you can do about changing it". Id still like to hear it again

Yea i saw similar stories about oeopgoing from 500 to 250 but not 500 to 100. Definitely not what i was expecting.
They really dont want anything negative being discussed that gets traction. Funny how they move most real issues to dm. It is 100% their m.o. hide known problems, isolate to appear its just you, and then tell you to clear cache.

Yeah, I went ham to hit Platinum before my birthday last year. I was getting $50 or $100 before. Hit Platinum and got like $20 or $30, my birthday fell during that crazy DDOS attack that had the place down for almost a week so I chalked it up to that. We’ll see this year if it’s worth it, but based on the actions of the last year, it’s like they don’t want your action anymore.

I can’t stand ignition anymore because they just don’t offer any perks anymore. But i was surprised that i still received my $500 birthday bonus this year. Shocked because after reading all of the posts i was expecting $250.
