Birthday bonuses are automatically added to accounts that are eligible by the end of day.
@moderators Looking to see if I will be getting a birthday bonus this year . About 2-3 months back - I got an email about being a skilled player or potentially gaming bonuses . Worst part is that I emailed investigations@ignition… about 10 times asking for more insight …. And never got a single response.
My only thought is that I would play poker with real money bonus and keep casino promotion in play on casino side . I didn’t want the “35x” to infect my direct cash deposit … upon review , that’s the only thing I can think of .
Anyway , after going to land casinos - I’m not gonna cry about the variance on some of these slots - but I will say that I felt like yall pulled the carpet from under me on a losing streak .
No hard feelings but like the ghosted ex looking for closure - this is a last shot at seeing if I was mistakenly disqualified from bonuses .
Will I be getting a birthday bonus this year ? If possible , please comment something other than “if your eligible you will get it that day “

@moderators @nicolas I didn’t get my birthday bonus. Is that pending or will I not be getting it . It still says I am eligible in the rewards section based on my current status level - but I haven’t got a deposit bonus since in a long while …
As you are excluded from all bonuses, I am afraid you would not be eligible to receive the offer. Happy Birthday though!

They are automatically issued by end of day on your birthday, providing you are eligible of course.
