So they say that you get a birthday bonus if you hit platinum tier… my birthday came and went and I got no bonus… I was like 100 miles away from platinum and spent almost 2k in a day trying to make it there (made half of it back today) I message them about it and they pretty much laughed at me… not even telling me happy birthday… I asked if an exception could be made due to how close I was and the amount spent… I tried so hard… considering just closing my account down… I heard that bonus is 500$ so I’m really really bummed… I couldn’t get like 400? 450? Like come on guys

That’s like buying a powerball ticket, and hitting 4out of 5 numbers but trying to get powerball to pay you the 5 number jackpot because you were really close.

@Etterrell23 To qualify for any Birthday bonus, you’d have to be at least level platinum or above. In addition for password related tournaments; if you were eligible for it then the password would’ve been sent to you.

Any bonus would be applied by the system but can be added at anytime throughout the day so you’ll have to keep an eye on the account.

Why can’t I receive my birthday bonus, all year long I’ve been looking forward to this birthday bonus and now I’m told IM not eligible for any type of bonus that’s not right and I guess I won’t be playing on your site

Yeah well me being a titanium player almost diamond I’m still not eligible for any birthday bonuses and then I was a Bitcoin exclusive member and you kicked me out of that so now I don’t even receive rewards for that so what kind of business decision was this sounds like a lousy one and you guys need to assess your decision making start showing players you appreciate them and compared to the thousands that I’ve deposited over the past year you guys want to go over what I would do in one month that’s absurd
