I made my first Bitcoin deposit and selected the Bitcoin promotion offering offering 25% match bonus, however, I never received any bonus. Also, I was charged over $5 in fees or exchange rate losses in a transfer of approximately $25 which is exorbitant and more than traditional credit card fees.

We do not charge any fees on our end for Cryptocurrency transactions but depending on the exchange that you use, they might charge you accordingly.

Yesterday, while playing with my bonus money, my bitcoin deposited to my account. I know it never actually posted because I was watching for it. I was only playing in the casino portion of the website because I have only had bonus money. Never did it post to my account! I was just sitting waiting, checking blockchain doe confirmation. When I stopped to check my transaction history, the website said my $40 deposit had posted to my account. I was playing in the casino with Caribbean poker and never did it show a fluctuation in my bankroll. When I then tried to play in the poker portion of the site it said I had $7 and had used the rest. It’s a scam and atrocious. I’ve been video recording everything I do on here for prooof if these illegal and unethical practices.
I’m sorry for any confusion on your deposit and the order of funds. I’ll also PM you for more details as I see your deposited funds being used in Poker and not the Casino as you’ve mentioned.
I never got the funds and made a deposit immediately after that took hours to post. Called customer service and emailed right when it happened
i deposited with bitcoin and claimed the bonus but i never recieved the bonus and it seems like im blocked from the live chat ive tried it on multiple differant browsers idk
