It’s absolutely ridiculous that I have a withdrawal transaction that has been processed by ignition but they paid a $2 fee for the three transactions adding up to 13,000, and because of that my transaction is still unconfirmed sitting in the mempool on blockchain for over 7 hours now, it still isn’t included in a block.
We’re certainly sorry to hear of any delays with your withdrawal. We don’t add any fees to the wallet address sent out to players and we don’t have control over the network so there are times where it may take some time to receive your Bitcoin withdrawal.
This usually takes approximately 15 minutes but can sometimes take longer.
That being said, we don’t see 3 withdrawals for $13000 or any withdrawals that fit your description on our end. Can you please provide further details through PM here?
