Hi everyone, today I was playing automated blackjack and I put 100 in with no bonuses and made some profit and now trying to withdrawn, but the withdrawal is still pending for review and I don’t get that, also is there any limit you can win on that blackjack or any limit you can withdrawn? I didn’t use any bonuses so in theory I don’t have requirements for when taking out my money correct ? Thanks and have a good one

Our review process involves a number of security checks, verification where applicable, and other AML measures from our Withdrawals team and can take up to 24-48 hours.
Having no bonuses attached to a deposit allows you to instantly withdraw your funds but if you wish to check the rollover requirements of a certain bonus, or forfeit it, you can do so from your Rewards page.
