Black Screen Login Issue

Do you have the “Show All-In Percentage” setting turned on? I have found tables to freeze up when going all in with that setting turned on.

i just had this problem right now.
was playing 4x 9max cash games (very long session) and super chill relaxed (love 9max)
it took me like 6 hour just to get 4x 9max tables going (so sick)
then said lost connection to internet sent to the log out screen and have to do the captcha.

**i did not lose my internet connection even for 1 second…

i complete the captcha and it gives me a solid white screen (most the time it is a black screen)
after 10mins still a white screen

i close the poker client ( i do not use the web browser to play poker ever) then restart it and do the capcha again and behold it works.

but rip 4x 9max tables that took 6 hours to get 4 of them going.

I am still regularly getting the black screen when logging in. Any progress on fixing this bug?

There hasn’t been any specific fix as of yet, but in regards to this we would always still want any examples you can provide so that we can isolate the issue.

Mix up stakes. It can be difficult sometimes to get 4 tables full ring if you only play one stake.

Also try using an internet browser instead of the poker client to run ignition. I believe Chrome is the suggested browser that is most reliable for ignition. Using an internet browser, the games run more more smoothly without lag etc from my exp.

Not sure when you get the black screen. When I try to login sometimes I get it. If I close ignition with Task Manager and reopen ignition it usually works again.

ty for your input and joining the discussion but this idea is completely unreasonable.

there should be a waiting list.
there should be a list of the number of tables running at a given stake

when i try to start up a new table, people just join and leave instantly for 30 mins straight because they do not know if a full table is running or if this empty table with 2 people on it is all they got.

i can only imagine how much money bovada/ignition is losing in rake from players just joining tables at all different stakes and leaving instantly to try to find a full table…its bad…and honestly many times i just do not play because i do not want to play heads up on 3 tables and only run one 9max…

when i want to play 9max i am not trying to play heads up or 3max-6max and i am no tucks given type of guy…now guys who care more would fore sure not try to join a 9max table with 2 people on it.

if bovada/ignition really is trying to provide an atmosphere for the “NEW” player than all these not so little things would really impact their over all experience negatively.

how about some 9max zoom or zone whatever it is for a change?
