We will never call anyone a liar and treat any issue/complaint fairly however we also do our due diligence with all gameplay to properly asses any issue.
The mods on the forum wouldn’t I’ll give you that, but I had a chat support agent call me “mentiroso” which is liar in Spanish. Guess he thought I didn’t know Spanish 
Though he was very apologetic after he realized I wasn’t lying.
