Blackjack issues

So I had a really weird experience yesterday on the single deck blackjack and it was concerning to me… I’m already feeling some kind of way because I was given a gift then had it taken back because it didn’t reflect my spending which I’ve spent almost 7000 in last week alone but then this kept happening and of course no calls or chat available

I would definitely like to know what you find out, because that’s crazy.

I didn’t find out anything because I can’t call due to “covid restrictions” and I can’t get through on chat! I’m assuming it will be justified somehow because obviously they aren’t going to be like sorry we have been cheating and you never stood a chance at actually winning but thanks for the 7000 you deposited this week alone…

It’s happened to me plenty of times, they said it was a display error each time

This is something we’re aware of where the game sometimes gives out an invisible card. On our backend we do see the result and you can tell this happens when you hit and don’t see the card itself. It happens very rarely, but again is only a visual display error. On the backend the card is still being registered.

Only there shouldn’t be another card invisible or not it should be a blackjack

This is a valid point and we’d like to look into it. Did this just automatically hit or did you hit on these cards? Or did 3 cards just come out? Also did you get paid for the blackjack as it appears that this did win?

Can we also have a timestamp (date and time) for this so we can find the hand?

It happened so many times that I started screenshotting it… maybe look at all my hands from that run because there is no way something wasn’t going on it happened several times where I wouldn’t get a chance to hit it would do like it does when dealer has a blackjack only they wouldn’t even have a blackjack… please do look into it

For whatever reason when the game glitches with the invisible card it seems to give different values to the cards than what is shown.

I’ve reported this 3-4 times with videos and everything & have never been taken seriously, but what do I know I’m just a full stack developer with 7 years of experience :roll_eyes:

Apologies here as the site issues have us a bit backed up obviously. That being said if you do have any videos and specific hand and dates we’ll gladly look into this from our end when there’s time.

On review here this doesn’t seem to add up, as the only gameplay you have on the morning of May 23rd is a reels and wheels session of 4 spins. You can check this in your own transactions.

I’m guessing that has something to do with the time difference because I’m in Colorado

I checked 3 hours before and after, there is no other gameplay that morning even if going back to May 22nd that night.

I’ll take the loss because that’s the details of the screenshot and it clearly says the screenshot was taken from ignition casino. I didn’t really think anything would be done about it anyways

Can you check why I didn’t get the Bday bonus that only comes once a year and mine was last week but I didn’t get a bonus

You were provided a bonus for your birthday at 10:13a ET on May 20th.

This is almost comical at this point. The amount of discrepancies that occur are obserd. I have come to the conclusion that the only possibility is to record every hand/spin/roll or however the bet is played, or spend your money someplace else… (and not one of the countless sister sites that ignition has). It amazes me how the support will treat their players like we are deralicts whom are trying to scam the website and there is absolutely no possibility whatsoever that a technical issue has occurred on their end. Or its a coincidence that you lose connection everytime you get on a little streak and to clear your cache and yadayadayada. Granted i am sure that they have “repeat offenders” trying to exploit the site because their upset with losses; however, when someone spends thousands of dollars with the site and then has a discrepancy over a $30 win their probably not lying. So we feel violated when they essentially call you a liar and stonewall any argument you may have. And most people do not record every single bet so they just take your money and do it as smug as smug can be becsuse we will just keep playing. I have had many small issues but at least 3 where i had provided ample evidence and still nothing was done. Actually one time i was given a reward with the playthrough scam instead of getting my actual money back. Basically i just think that customer service needs to do a much much better job of sympathizing with the people who are paying their bills. Not be smug and treating us like were criminals attempting pathetic scams.
