Hi i am new to this website and i am wondering how the money thing works.
I deposited $100 and started playing blackjack. Lost around $65 and then all of a sudden my balance went up to $135 instead of just $35.
Then i decided to play the live dealer blackjack but it asked me to make a deposite coz of insufficient funds. I have $152 in the account.

After your first deposit I believe the bonuses get added after you use up the amount you deposited, but the bonus money can only be used in the casino (slots and table games)
You should always read the bonus terms before depositing & claiming one cause they can be confusing
i understand that however i haven’t lost the $100 all the way. I had like $35 left and then the $100 (bonus) got added. So what about those $35??

Your transactions will detail all your activity. You deposited played a portion, then the bonus was added, but the funds used right after that is still your deposited amount so you used up the rest of your deposited funds before starting to play with the bonus funds which is what your balance is right now.

Yes, once you meet the rollover requirement on the bonus; the bonus funds would then be transferred to your withdrawable balance. You can keep tabs on your rollover progress from the rewards page and check under ‘active bonuses’
