Thanks Matt, it’s been at least a month maybe longer since I received any cash back and I have definitely had losses.
No cash back cant log on what’s going on font say maintenance you dont just shut down when games going on for maintenance tell the truth
With the technical issues we’ve encountered on the site over the last 24 hours, we had to go through a site wide maintenance to resolve the issues.
Now that the maintenance has been completed we can look into the cashback issuance.

Due to recent technical issues with the website, cashback bonuses will not be issued today and will in fact carry over to tomorrow.
I’ve been told the last month that I’m eligible for cash back oh, I have made no withdrawals only deposit I haven’t received cash back in over 2 months, when is this
going to be resolved?

Since your last cashback you haven’t made any deposits which is why you haven’t been eligible.
