I feel like every employee I talk to has told me to “rest assured”. That used to be a calming phrase but now my anxiety just spikes and I end up losing sleep because of it. Has a reverse effect on me. Anyone else?

I made a Bitcoin deposit on the 30th of November and it still hasn’t been credited to my account. what is the system error and why is it taking so long? just give me my refund.

I made a bitcoin deposit on 12/10 and its 12/17 and I still did not receive my money, Made several attempts to contact them to resolve the problem but still nothing. I have the blockchain report showing the transaction as completed as well.

Upon review, we do see that you contacted us and were given information on this previously. As you sent the wrong crypto currency to the wrong wallet, unfortunately we are in the process of attempting to recover your funds, and deliver them to you.
We certainly understand your frustration with the delay; however, recovering funds sent to a different chain can be difficult, especially considering the recent forks in crypto currencies, and sometimes it isn’t possible. We can’t stress the importance enough of not crossing currencies.
That being said, as you were previously notified this issue has been escalated already, and we will provide you updates in your PM when there is anything further.
