it says over and over again that incorrect name and password. i can play on the webiste version but i can not log into downloaded client.
This may actually be a common issue and we are currently looking into this.

In the meantime can you try reinstalling the client and let me know if you’re able to login afterwards? The poker team has been unable to replicate this on their end.

this is awkward cause anytime i have a problem its usually on bovada so when bovada software goes down or has a problem the same applys to ignition. but in this case i cant log into bovada downloaded client (the website and phone work fine) after 12 hours of nothing and i didnt like playing on website compared to downloaded client i tried ignition and the ignition downloaded client works. so technically yes everything is fine i just have to switch sites. i have no idea if you guys are the same support thats why its awkward. but in all cases usually if bovada is broken so is ignition. but this time it not.
