I got video of me “clearing the cache” the history and using incognito mode and restarting my phone, I screen recorder every excuse they have ever used, also my 5g speed testing recorded so we will see how it was our fault.

Yeah this is now two weeks in a row(for me at least), and again i will say, expect nothing as it was a free roll, disappointing nonetheless.

Sorry to learn of this issue, we have not been informed of any issues with the tournaments; however if there are any details given to us we will surely share.

Same here, it was good for a few rounds then kept freezing up then right before they shot me out I could play, won like 27cents lololol. I guess they don’t like us here in Arizona, USA

I have had this issue for several days straight. I’ve Informed them already basically it’s our problem. They don’t care.
Just out of curiosity, has anybody at all received any compensation for any of this because I’ve been told no every single time

I had been aware of the issue this posts refer to. The way to fix it is to download a VPN. Or Brave browser. When it glitches on you, turn on the VPN then turn off the VPN and you will be fresh and it will be normal. Takes about 3 to 10 seconds depending if you have to login again or not but works 100%
