Cannot open poker client

I get this message: “Oops! Your email and/or password are incorrect. Please check that your CAPS lock is not on and try again”

My CAPS lock is not on. I can log in to the casino, but not to the poker client.

I went to live chat for assistance but was put on permanent hold: I am done with poker for tonight!
