Shortly after making an account, back on June 23, I attempted to verify my identity using screenshots of my driver’s license. These attempts repeatedly failed, and the automatic ID verification locked me out. At the time, the process claimed that I would receive an email in 1-2 days detailing how to proceed. I never received any such email (including checking my spam folder), and revisiting the ID verification page since then has merely reiterated the claim that I will receive an email in 1-2 days to finish the ID verification process.
Given the failure of this system, how can I get my ID verified so I can actually withdraw my money?
