Can't download hand history for Sun's $109 PLO again

Hi, I’m not able to download the hand history for the $109 PLO MS that I played this past Sunday. I just click on the download and the “available to download” button never changes.

I had the same issue 2 weeks again with the same tourney - the Sunday 5:05pm $109 PLO MS.

I also can’t download the hand history for the $109 NL MS at 2:45pm this past Sunday as well.

Can you see if there is something wrong with these two tourneys that is causing download issues from the client? Here is more details on all 3 tourneys:

Nope, those two still won’t budge. Everything else redownloaded fine except those two from this past Sunday.

Played them both again this Sunday and same issue; can’t download the same two tourneys hand history form the client:

Can you have your tech dept look into it? It’s probably happen for others too, not just me.

Please don’t reset my download history as that is not the problem & doesn’t fix it. Thanks
