I agree with you 100%. What he just told us is completely wrong. I’m starting to wonder if the site has more then tech issues going on.

I have considered the same thing. I have rakeback on ACR too. Haven’t played much there but seriously considering it.
ACR needs to up the mobile experience is the only drawback. I use my phone mostly to play.
But having said that I can go back to the laptop if needed.

I’ll stick to ignition even when the @staff and @moderators are going thru all the infrastructure problems; it takes Geniuses to build a platform like the one they have and I explore other casinos; Luckylands comes second to Ignition. I could list all the features why I stay at Ignition but there too many and even thou we have losses on machines not being fair and system cashback and other issues just think about this few features since I can’t list them all that we have with them:
- Variety of games in tables games like a real live casino. 2) Variety of slots not found on other site (some) 3) The Ability to explore machines using the poker software PC SOFTWARE
Now this ACR (Rakeback) option is what we need to implement on the cashback system at Ignition base on some feedback and your comment and what I have shared on other posts. We should make a post like a petition and have all members vote for this to be integrated into Ignition Casino but I guess in the meantime it will be just an idea from you @jazzylou and me @EMELO
Defenitions of ACR (Rakeback) which in a way is the way cashback % works base on tiers (level your at) here at Ignition casino and not just for table games for slots too but re-distribution is the keyword and the difference of cashback that needs to be explore for all type of games. “The house will always make money but the clients will be happy to invest and keep playing when everything is fair for all”:

Rakeback is the simple re-distribution of those funds to loyal players. For example with 10% rakeback you get 10% of your rake back from the games you are playing in. It may not seem like much but it can mean the difference between making a profit and not if you are just a break-even player,
Hey I just came up with another idea!!! Im in Platinum on this account and my wife Titanium and they have done exception for me on cashbacks on this Platinum account 11% or 15% cashback is nothing but 50% that will be good but there’s no level that offers that yet why not increase the cashback percentage for levels!!! that will be so much easier that figuring out the algorithm for a new system.

I’ll get my scuba diving gear before I hold my breath and die!!! but I think increasing the % for levels will be fair starting with mines with a 50% then increase the others to what ever percent ignition wants!! Lets start the petition and summit votes!!!
Just stepping in to provide an update as Cashback will be issued today. All reports have it on track and all eligible accounts should be given the reward.
We’ll update this thread when we have a more clear time for when it will be issued.
