Cashing out - Bonus/Locked/Locked Bonus Funds

Hello all and Merry Christmas All-

First let me apologize as I’m sure this is a common question but I’m thoroughly confused with the bonus and locked funds. I deposited $500 back on 12/3/2021. I was given the “Make your first deposit with a credit card and get both the 100% up to $1,000 Poker Welcome Bonus and 100% up to $1,000 Casino Welcome Bonus - 30X Rewards Points earned in Poker per dollar - Active for 30 days. Standard”. So I was given a 200% bonus and was given $500 extra for poker and I’m guessing another $500 in casino money.

Since the time of my initial deposit my poker bankroll has risen quite a bit. So now I’m trying to figure out when and how I can withdrawal some of my funds. Specifically the funds I originally deposited, not my winnings and not the bonus amount. I have looked through help topics and read some articles but I’m still confused on the entire process.

Here is the status of my account:
Available to withdraw: $ 6.47
Bonus Funds: $ 500.00
Locked Funds: $ 1171.38
Locked Bonus Funds: $ 473.18

I’m 5% through my play through process and it’s saying I need to complete 15,000 in ignition miles to complete the bonus.

So here is are my questions:

  1. To earn 15,000 in ignition miles I have to play $15,000 worth of rakes? Am I understanding this correctly?

  2. What if I don’t want the casino bonus? I have no desire to have the casino bonus as I do not play any other games besides poker. I don’t want this to delay me cashing out and I do not want a casino game bonus.

  3. Why am I unable to withdrawal my original $500 at any point in time?

  4. What if I don’t want any bonus whatsoever? I just want to play for with my original $500. I didn’t really sign up for a bonus anyway. I just wanted to deposit $500 and withdrawal or deposit if I won or lost.

It seems extremely unfair that I don’t have the ability to withdrawal my OWN money at any given point. I’m not asking to with withdrawal my winnings or even any bonus amount.

The only relevant info in regards too withdraws in the terms of service are here: 4.8. The withdrawal of winnings is subject to Ignitioncasino.eu’s verification procedures. This can include but is not limited to providing proof of address and government-issued identification. If we are satisfied that you have complied with the Terms, all Anti Money Laundering and fraud-screening requirements, and all rules relating to the Games and any related bonuses, the payout shall be made to you. The manner in which the withdrawal is processed may be restricted, depending on the means by which the initial deposit(s) was/were made to the applicable Account. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to conclude your withdrawal request by an alternative method or process at our discretion. If, for whatever reason, a payout request cannot be approved, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

4.9. Unless otherwise stated in the rules applicable to individual Activities, Games or Bonus promotions, any bonus funds that are credited to your Account (whether as a result of a prize, promotion, redemption or any other reason) shall be subject to rollover requirements (which will be outlined in the terms and conditions of the Bonus) before the bonus funds (and any associated winnings from the Bonus) can be withdrawn.

Hi @rhetter Welcome to the Community.

You will get 5 miles per $1 played, so to get 15k you would need $3000 worth of play.

If you do not want the casino bonus, you can simply forfeit this from your rewards section, or we can do it for you if you are unsure.

You cannot withdraw funds while there is an active bonus, to be eligible to withdraw, you would need to complete the rollover, or forfeit the bonus.

If I forfeit my bonus, how much money would be available to me to withdrawal/play with? Based on the following numbers:

Available to withdraw: $ 13.40
Bonus Funds: $ 500.00
Locked Funds: $ 1347.03
Locked Bonus Funds: $ 472.12

You would lose the $500 bonus funds, and lose the ability to get to the locked bonus funds. These locked bonus funds have yet to be unlocked but will be as per the Poker portion of the welcome bonus.

Yeah I just figured this out too The bonuses are just away to lock up your funds so you have a better chance of losing them all before you reach the ridiculous wager amount to unlock them. Even if you win tournaments with the money you deposited it’s still locks up any winnings until the wagering requirements are made. They make it out like it’s some big awesome thing too get this bonus every time you deposit, but it’s just a way for them to take more of your money. Next time you deposit don’t take the bonus as my recommendation that’s what I started to do…

@RC1919 I would recommend you read the post directly above yours. As you can see bonuses can be forfeited if you want to unlock the funds that you won. As cash funds are used prior to your bonus funds, essentially the deposit bonuses just offer some extra funds if you lose your original deposit amount.

Here’s what I don’t understand. I called customer service several times to clarify that - since my deposit is spent - I would need to make further deposits in order to unlock my poker cryptocurrency 150% welcome bonus. The several agents with whom I spoke insisted I don’t need another deposit. I there another way to unlock the bonus?
