Same thing happening to me as well, money just disappearing after each bet. I just wanted to share my data point with the Mods/IT team if it helps.

You really can’t make this stuff up! I’m beginning to question whether bovada and ignition will ever recover from this or they may just shut the doors.
If you guys can’t see they are literally stealing money from you then at this point it’s your own fault. This isn’t normal and wouldn’t be done by any other casinos for 2 days let alone 3 weeks. They haven’t gave anyone no refunds whatsoever even when your getting screwed? It’s obviously what’s happening. It’s sad to say but at this point with no answers it’s clear what’s happening. People just stop making deposits like why deal with these issues? if you have to play somewhere there’s tons of other options. I’m over this because it’s just unacceptable and the way they are pushing these jackpots and going out of the way to say people are winning them when nobody even questioned seems pretty sketchy if you ask me.

Soooo, after days of unreliability I received an email regarding the “Hot Jackpots”. I was intrigued and thought, hey why not deposit and see if I can actually play now. Nope. Every 3-5 minutes+/- the site would boot me for NO reason. A few times it said I was running multiple accounts(which I would NEVER do) Needless to say after about 20 restarts, my money was depleted and any entertainment I was looking forward to now had turned to frustration. I work for myself for over 20 years and I could not imagine running my business as badly as this one is run. But then this revolves around money,not people.
I would greatly appreciate my deposit back because I never even had a chance at entertainment,let alone winning.

Two different slot games, I pressed spin and it tell me to reload but still took the funds
I can load into slots just fine, but every time I hit spin I get an error message. Also, I noticed that the hot drop jackpot doesn’t appear to be updating. Not having any problems with poker, just slots.
seems like your team may not have the skills necessary to deal with this. How do I apply for a job so I can actually correct this “attack” lol. I know if I ever make a mistake, I compensate my customers. Here, not so much. Please do the right thing.
