Weird? They tell us there commitment yo reimbursement? But i see nothing, they wont even respond to emails never have been available during chats the game will start? It will take your money but then it will kick you out saying there has been an error try again later… This is BS fix this you guys owe us all a lot of reimbursement for this BS
Ran into the same thing on Bovada 4 hours ago. Would take your money but no spins. Almost every game I tried. Went back to Ignition, same thing here, except no money lost just couldn’t play.

I also had so many frustrating issues the other day. So many times I would be ahead, then it would just keep spinning and I would have to log all the way out and log back in…over and over again…then, of course, it kicks me back into a game with a low payout percentage. Finally just gave up and stopped depositing. There needs to be even more compensation. It’s not like Ignition really gives their loyal VIP members anything special… No true extras or bonuses or specials… everything always come a high 35% playthrough…even with all the issues lately.
You should apologize for literally STEALING peoples money at this point. Going hours with no update and these generic BS updates do nothing but piss people off.

Yep. I thought 35x rollover was high, but Slots LV recently increased their bonus rollover to 40x. Rather bad timing to be doing that,…one would think.
Now, I’m losing money on spins that say reload game. The funds are not back after this “error” which has been every spin I have tried on multiple games over 20 different spins. What a nightmare.

Last 5 spins, I load the game, i try spinning, I instantly get an error asking me to reload the game. I didn’t realize it actually taking the money away, I thought it was just the usual problem of the games not working. Based on how other games work (Example, if it crashes during a feature and you have to load the game later), I don’t think you get credited for any wins unless you actually get the spin to load. Would be nice to be able to play without worrying that I’m throwing the money away, so not going to do try more than 20c until it seems to be working.
When I get into a slot game…it loads and I press play…then I get an error saying to reload. Well it continues to give error and it still takes my money for a spin that I never got. Help please @Davy @Foster @moderators @Matt
The same thing is happening to me. Are the funds we lost going to be put back into account each time it had us reload the game?
