Casino players need to read this

So the other day I was playing video poker. I had been playing for about 8 hours straight, losing losing losing, deposited way too many times. Finally I win a few hands, and then i am dealt 4 2’s on the initial deal. At this time I am playing deuces wild, $4 a bet. This is an $800 hand!!! before i am able to hit Hold on the 2’s the hand RE DEALS ITSELF!!! IM IN SHOCK!!! I instantly try to contact support but of course there is no longer a phone number to call because "Covid -19 " somehow makes it unsafe to speak over the phone??? So i go to the chat and ask for a casino manager. They put me on with a casino supervisor who tells me there is nothing wrong with the game on their end so im at fault and theres nothing they will do. THEN SHE TELLS ME IF YOU DONT CLEAR COOKIES AND CACHE THEN IT WILL CAUSE GLITCHES AND VISUAL DEFECTS IN THE GAME!!! WHAT THE HELL??? THIS IS ADMITTING THAT IT IS THE GAMES FAULT!!! So basically if I dont stop and clear the cookies every 5 mins theres a chance the game will glitch and i can lose a hand when i finally win??? THIS IS INSANITY!!! I did speak to a forum mod who was able to help me out a little but not nearly to the extent of the $800 that i had TAKEN FROM ME BY THE GLITCHING GAME ITSELF!!! Needless to say this put me in a full rage tilt and i lost back what little I had won. To anyone reading this I beg of you to please report any and all small glitches you come across because when it happens and costs you big money there will be nothing you can do but BEND OVER!

As Matt mentioned to you, the hand wouldn’t re-draw unless you clicked on the option to do so.

If you need to reload the game before clicking on any of the action buttons, the hand will be waiting for you upon your return for you to make your action.

The game wouldn’t make a call for you without you prompting it to do so.

Matt was nothing but helpful, as all you guys in the forum are. My issue is strictly with the “chat casino supervisor.” Who told me it was my fault then 1 message later said if I don’t clear the cache and cookies the game can glitch… which means not my fault because players shouldn’t have to stop playing to delete cookies and cache

Agreed I’ve went through that exact same thing, the CS reps have gotten worse lately.

Um no that’s basically untrue too… twice I’ve been in the middle of a bonus round on a slot machine and the game freezes… "generally " you can bring it back… but twice now… I was in the middle of a bonus round on a 10 dollar bet… 3 spins in I had won 320 dollars… then freeze … couldn’t get back… customer service gives you ten tons of bullshit about clearing your cache which doesnt soften the blow of consistently losing … consistently give you guts money… then when you do win that shit happens and customer service says ooops, well you should’ve cleared your cache… then if you plead long enough they might comp you 10 bucks with 25x playthrough… I just dont get this site… it’s like on one had it’s a great place to play … but its stingy stingy stingy. They real you in with nice bonuses when you first sign up … but here I am way down the road and maxed out on the rewards tiers and basically get my weekly boost. I realize this is gambling and a casino… but it seems like you guys wouldnt have anything to lose to give out bonuses to the people that consistantly give you free money… I rarely if ever cash out and if I do you get it all back the next week. Its like… sure why would you care I quit coming here… but for real i give you guys a lot of money. If I just stop which eventually I will… that’s like an ass load of free money not going to your business… maybe that doesnt matter

Couldn’t have said it any better myself, wow my thoughts to a T. Customer service, comps. Cache, chrome with incognito, its not there end. You nailed it to bad we don’t get paid to pull there card.
