Deposited with debit card… as usual the “processor” fee was added in and shown in the total amount to be charged to my card/account. Checked my balance today and somehow an ADDITIONAL $10.xx was added on and deducted from my account without notice or explanation. The fee was $7.xx on the original deposit amount of $80, and is clearly stated and shown in total before agreeing and completing the transaction. This is the “processor fee” which is totally fine. Who and how can just alter the ageeed transaction amounts AFTER completion???
Total for my $80 deposit was $97.93 !!! WTF!!!
This mystery fee was 12.5% of my deposit amount added AFTER the transaction was approved and completed. This is IN ADDITION to the stated 8.75% fee Ignition charges for a card processing fee.
WTF??? Anyone else have these charges added in AFTER the fact?
Just for visibility this was discussed as well via PM.
Just use MatchPay, doing credit card transactions directly thru Ignition only puts you at risk of having your bank account closed.
