this issue still happens almost nightly for me it’s so infuriating. do you realize how much money it costs the crashed players?

@bbqbowser I’m sorry to hear about your frustration. Have any troubleshooting steps been attempted?
If so, can you let us know what you tried and we’ll be able to look into other options.
This hasn’t happened to me in weeks. I turned off show all-in %'s in settings as it was also causing single tables to freeze. Maybe a coincidence but it might help someone.

it has also been a long time since i had a crash like that…i think i posted my last crash on this thread.
i turned off everything i could in the settings even though my CPU is a MONSTER!!! 32gb of ram bam ty…ehh nvm…
but i think it happened a lot more to me in 9max cash games and i have not been playing those as much and i think it also happens on longer sessions to me and i also have not been doing as many longer sessions…there might be some type of memory leak i am not sure.
Scratch that. 4 cash tables crashed.

just had 4 tables crash.
poker client closed
and said check my internet connection.
i did youtube worked just fine.
was able to click log in and do the captcha but after i got it correct it sent me back to the log in where i have to enter my password and the client didnt start or give me a new captcha.
so i had to close the poker client all together
i was in the middle of at least 1 hand when the poker client crashed.
i really hope that update for poker will fix this.
i just have so much hope

2players and 1 player at each.

edit: on 10-2-2020 i had a partial dc on 3 tables but 4 table was fine.
the 3 table dc at the exact second i called a large river bet.
Instead of trying to correct the numerous errors that plague the poker client, I think the time and effort would be better used in developing a completely new client. The current one isn’t particular esthetically pleasing, innovating or even a little bit exciting. Hell, I’d be happy if ignition/bovada were somehow able to to have something similar to the old Carbon Poker software.

So this just happened.
Was playing jackpot Sitngo, was slowplaying my nuts on turn then we crashed, came back with 2 bbs and lost. (#37685550) Can I get a refund? And when I came back it folded 3 big hands out of my 5 tables. Hopefully no more crashes today

note how each PM’d disconnected hand occurred sharply at 19:20:41
players in other forums are talking about how they think this is done deliberately to cash gamers. i can’t say i agree but this should be addressed once and for all. tons of players are upset by this.

These days when I am multi tabling, sometimes I think in my head “don’t crash, don’t crash, don’t crash” during big hands. Hate living in fear. Hope they find that pesky bug.

Took a few tries at captcha, finally got it but it didn’t log me in. Close and open, gave me a black screen. Closed and open again to my 6 running tables, donked off one table and all my notes are gone. How’s your Saturday going?
